Medical examinations and scheduler
Health surveillance in the workplace
The regulations often require the company to make sure workers exposed to the risks associated with their duties take regular health checks. Properly managing health surveillance means periodically carrying out, as the case may be, medical check-ups and possibly clinical examinations and diagnostic investigations to assess the risk to which workers are exposed.
Safety at work cannot be left to chance. The Health Surveillance module of HR-Assistant, designed to respond fully and effectively to the needs of companies of any size, allows the planning of medical examinations and sends the summons to employees with adequate notice. Communication with the company doctor is simpler and more complete, and the system also keeps track of the visits made by each worker. Finally, managers can access data securely and define health protocols for each category of workers.
Definition of health protocols
A level of risk may be associated with each company role that determines the type and frequency of health checks to which the employee must be subjected. This task is the responsibility of the Company Doctor who, together with HR, will examine the types of work and risk and determine the most appropriate health protocols. HR-Assistant provides a Examinations Catalogue in which the health protocols for each company task are recorded on the basis of the indications of the company doctor. In particular, the Examinations Catalogue allows to record the associated risks and the specific examinations to be carried out as well as the frequency of the examinations.
Monitoring of medical examinations
The Medical Examinations module allows you to keep under control the periodic medical examinations that each employee must carry out and tracks the examinations carried out as well as the judgments of suitability for work issued. The module interacts with the HR-Assistant schedule in which the next deadlines for medical examinations are also displayed and any reminders are managed.
Shows all deadlines for personnel management, such as those for:
- Fixed-term employment contracts
- Trial periods
- Medical check-ups
- Mandatory training courses
- ID documents
- Benefits delivered
- Generic deadlines
- Individual deadlines
You can configure the alerts to be sent by email and define their sending policies. The system will then send the default message to the various recipients. The list of deadlines is continuously updated based on the information in the system. For example, as soon as a new employee with a fixed-term employment contract is inserted, a new expiry date is created corresponding to the expiry date of the contract.
